Since 1982 I have represented injured Workers, employers and selected insurance carriers in matters before the New York Workers' Compensation Board and the State and Federal Courts.On January 26th 2013 I was re-elected President of the Injured Workers' Bar Association of New York ( IWBA ). I am Immediate Past Chairman of the New York State Bar Association Workers Compensation Division,a founding member of the IWBA and the Workers' Compensation Alliance of New York. I n addition my firm represent injured workers in Personal Injury and Social Security cases as well as case resulting from Auto accidents. : Over 30 Years of trial experience before the Workers' Compensation Board
